### HIZO Kajiroshi White Charcoal

White charcoal referred to as 'Binchotan" is the choice of professional chefs and home grilling enthusiasts who demand the best.

HIZO Kajiroshi product line has been inspired by the Japanese cooking techniques made popular with the use of Hibachis.\
This style of cooking combines the centuries-old tradition of the "fire bowl" (hibachi) with the development of high-quality Japanese charcoal, binchotan, during the Edo period.

The Kajiroshi White Charcoal hails from Indonesia using Premium Sono Hardwood for the Binchotan style white charcoal, and a mixed range of hardwoods for the Lump Charcoal.

### HIZO Kajiroshi Hardwood Lump Charcoal

HIZO Kajiroshi Hardwood Lump charcoal, also known as charwood, is pure, natural hardwood that has been carbonized by burning it in a low-oxygen environment.\
It is a popular choice for hot and fast grilling because it burns hotter and cleaner than briquettes, imparts a smoky flavor to food, and responds quickly to changes in airflow.
