Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
CO2 Leak at Cylinder Connection	Type 30 Nut not tightened sufficiently Damaged seal.	Ensure nut-hand-wheel is hand-tight only. Inspect and replace seal if damaged (MK5) Ensure Type 30 Nut is tightened with a wrench or spanner. Inspect and replace seal if damaged (MK4)
No CO2 Flow	CO2 cylinder valve closed	Open cylinder valve
	CO2 cylinder empty	Check weight of cylinder to verify (compare against TARE weight). Replace or refill cylinder if required
	Regulator output pressure too low	Increase output pressure (turn adjustment knob clockwise to desired pressure)
	Ball valve closed	Open Ball Valve (MK5 only)
	Sintered valve blocked	Remove sintered valve from Type 30 Stem. Replace valve if this allows pressure to flow
Pressure Creep (output pressure slowly increases regardless of adjustment knob setting)	Contaminant in regulator; worn seat cap assembly.	Refer Pressure Creep
Cannot control pressure - pressure increases no matter the setting	Pressure creep	Refer Pressure Creep
PRV Activating Frequently, CO2 leaking from PRV	Output pressure set too high	Reduce output pressure. Turn adjustment knob anti-clockwise to reduce pressure
