Instructions

NOTE: It is important to always ensure the U-Fizz 1L Bottle is filled to the correct level as indicated. Better and faster carbonation will be acheived if the liquid to be carbonated is chilled before fizzing.

Failure to correctly seal the U-Fizz 1L bottle can cause leaking or escaping contents when carbonating

Always carefully release pressure before removing lid from U-Fizz 1L Bottle

Using even pressure on both sides of the U-Lock (C-shaped push block), gently pull the U-Lock (C-shaped push block) out. The Vent Nozzle will automatically retractReach behind the U-Lock (C-shaped push block) and find the release clip. Pull the clip out from the fuesalge and lift the carbonation head upwards

Install CO2 Cylinder. Insert the CO2 Cylinder into the corresponding female thread in the carbonation head. Tighten the CO2 Cylinder until it is finger tight into the head.

Fill U-Fizz 1L Bottle to the correct level (indicated by Max and Min on bottle). If time permits, chill the liquid before carbonating. Once filled to the correct level, seal the U-Fizz Bottle with the included cap. Once sealed, ensure that the Lock Position Indicator and the Lock Icon are completely lined up. Push the bottle in by the lid, ensuring the bottle and U-Lock (C-shaped push block) are fully locked

Carbonate! Press the Carbonation Button for 1 second. Pause for 2-3 seconds. Repeat this step 3 times until you hear CO2 venting from the U-Fizz

Once carbonation is complete, remove the U-Fizz 1L Bottle. IMPORTANT: You must use both hands on each side of the U-Lock (C-shaped push block) to gently pull the U-Lock (C-shaped push block) U-Lock (C-shaped push block) and release the bottle. DO NOT PULL THE BOTTLE - this can damage the U-Lock

Agitate! Once the U-Fizz 1L Bottle is removed, shake it up and down 3-4 times. This will help increase carbonation and ensure thorough mising of carbonated ingredients

Before removing the lid of the U-Fizz 1L Bottle, excess headspace pressure must be vented. This must be done slowly and carefully, especially if the contents contain flavours or flavoured solutions.

Gently turn the lid anti-clockwise as indicated by the Pressure Release Indicator. If the contents start to 'fizz up' too quickly, turn the lid clockwise to prevent the contents escaping or overflowing.

Once sufficient pressure has been released to prevent the contents escaping, proceed to the next step

Drink! Unscrew the lid completely to remove it. Pour the delicious contents into a vessel your choice and enjoy!
