KL28165 Icemaster G80 Glycol with Digital Control | Operation
The controller utilizes advanced, waterproof capacitive touch keys. It regulates cooling or heating systems through a single 10A output relay. Heating is not enabled in the Icemaster G80 Glycol with Digital Control.

The front panel features a 3-digit temperature display and 6 capacitive touch indicators.
Key Lock LED: Illuminated when the touch panel buttons are locked.
Refrigeration LED: Flashes during delay or illuminates when cooling is active.
Defrost LED: Flashes during delay or illuminates when defrost cycle is active.
Startup Temperature: Set the temperature that cooling will begin
Defrost key: Forced Defrost cycle (generally not required if correct glycol percentage is maintained)
Shutdown Temperature: Set the temperature that cooling will end
The control logic relies on two crucial baseline limits: Startup Temperature (the threshold where the system activates) and Shutdown Temperature (the threshold where the target temperature is hit and the system rests).
Unlock the panel - hold the Unlock Key for 1 second to unlock the controller when locked.
Press "Startup Temperature". Use the Up or Down keys to change the startup temperature limit.
Press "Shutdown Temperature". Use the Up or Down keys to change the shutdown temperature limit.
Example: To maintain a reservoir temperature of -5°C, set the Startup Temperature to -3°C and set the Shutdown Temperature to -5°C. This will maintain a temperature of -5°C with a 2°C hysteresis.

The Icemaster G80 Glycol with Digital Control is a commercial grade compact chilling dispensing solution. The G80 offers high performance for small to medium volume customers. Suits small and medium bars, cafés, restaurants or even the increasingly popular traveling bars that want to ice up their flooded fonts.
5/8"BSP to 8mm duotight fittings for the lines are included, for use with line such as 4mm x 8mm or 5mm x 8mm EVABarrier. Comes with flooding impeller pump and agitator as standard - perfect for a flooded font setup, all enclosed inside the unit for efficiency and ease in transport. The G80 is also completely enclosed including the removable lid, this will aid in cooling performance due to less heat loss.
The inlets and outlets are 8mm 304 Stainless tubing with welded 5/8" BSP male threads for a wider range of hose fitting needs. The G80 will drop the temperature of the product by approximately 15°C with one pass through the product lines. Hence we highly recommend if you are dispensing in an area that will be over 30°C, that you double up the lines.
The G80 inlet and outlet connections are 5/8" Male BSP Threads. Included with the G80 are KL06903 duotight - 8mm (5/16”) Female x 5/8” Female Thread to make attaching EVABarrier beer line very simple. Our 5mm x 8mm EVABarrier is generally the correct diameter for beer line.

The inlet and outlet for flooding fonts have 1/2" BSP male and female fittings respectively, making them easy to hook up. 1/2" thread to barb fittings such as and are ideal.
