Keg washing is performed in an inverted orientation. The keg spear points downward and connects to the washing head.
During the washing cycle, the Y‑type presser and keg platform descend to couple the keg spear with the washing head and open the keg spear port. Each media inlet and media valve introduce cleaning agents into the washing head for recirculating cleaning inside the keg.
Upon completion of the washing phase, the Y‑type presser and keg platform rise, and the washing process is finished.
The cleaned keg is placed at the filling station for inverted filling. The keg spear points downward and connects to the filling head.
During the filling cycle, the Y‑type presser and keg platform descend to couple the keg spear with the filling head. Before opening the keg spear port, the spear neck is sanitized with hot water / disinfectant, followed by CO₂ purging. The keg spear port is then opened, and CO₂ pre‑pressurization is carried out prior to metered filling. Once filling is completed, the keg port is closed. The spear neck is sanitized again with hot water / disinfectant and blow‑dried with CO₂.Filling process finished.
