Aperitivo Spritz - Zero Sugar - DIY ~ BYO Spirit Recipe

You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Aperitivo Spritz with Zero Sugar!

Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka. The final kit will make your own keg of Apertivo Spritz Zero Sugar that boasts a flavour profile of refreshing, slightly bitter, and subtly sweet taste. We recommend making to the specific ABV as that is what has been formulated. Changing said alcohol content may affect overall flavour and enjoyment of this beverage.

DIFFICULTY: EASY

TIME REQUIRED: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method) NOT INCLUDED: A source of neutral alcohol (vodka) distilled by yourself* or bought from a liquor store.

4 x KL48293 - Impressence - Aperitivo Spritz Flavouring - 50ml 2 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL Not Included: 4L - Neutral Alcohol / Vodka (40% ABV)

Recipe

1. Add 4L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.

2. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.

3. Add 4 x Aperitivo Spritz Flavouring sachets.

4. Top up to 19L with water.

5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

6. Mix Keg Contents Well.

7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
