# Black Paw Pine Lime Hard Seltzer - Zero Sugar - DIY / BYO - Spirit Recipe

You simply will not find a easier and faster way to make White Claw style Pineapple and Lime seltzer in your own kegging system.

Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka. This kit will transform your keg with a zesty blast of pine-lime. It's the perfect fusion of sweet tropical pineapple and a sharp, tangy lime kick.\
\
We recommend making to the specific ABV as that is what has been formulated. Changing said alcohol content may affect overall flavour and enjoyment of this beverage.

**DIFFICULTY**: EASY

**TIME REQUIRED**: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)\

**NOT INCLUDED:** A source of neutral alcohol (vodka) distilled by yourself\* or bought from a liquor store.

1. Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 [19L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/19l-new-ball-lock-keg-free-beverage-tag-low2-o-ring).
2. Add 4 x Pine Lime Seltzer Flavour Shot sachets.
3. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
4. Top up to 19L with water.
5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
6. Mix Keg Contents Well.
