Hard Blunderburg Zero Sugar Hard Ginger Beer - DIY / BYO Spirit Recipe
Our DIY / BYO Spirit recipe is super easy and convient way to have a Bundaberg Ginger Beer clone at home.
This easy to use kit allows you to quickly and easily whip up a keg of KegLand Blunderburg Hard Ginger Beer, a surefire spicy boy with Zero Sugar! Strong ginger spice backed by a balanced tangy sweetness. Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka, Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!

TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

19L Keg
You will need: 2.8L - Neutral spirit or Vodka (40%) 4 x KL41850 - Impressence - Ginger Beer Flavour Shot - 50mL 4 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
Sugar Not Required
Instructions:
Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 4 x Ginger Beer Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
9.5L Keg
You will need: 1.4L - Neutral spirit or Vodka (40%) 2 x KL41850 - Impressence - Ginger Beer Flavour Shot - 50mL 2 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml 1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL Sugar Not Required
Instructions:
Add 1.4L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2 x Ginger Beer Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
Top up to 9.5L with water.
Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
