# Hard FUKUSODA Sour Apple Seltzer - Zero Sugar - DIY / BYO - Spirit Recipe

We recommend making to the specific ABV as that is what has been formulated. Changing said alcohol content may affect overall flavour and enjoyment of this beverage.

1. Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 [19L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/19l-new-ball-lock-keg-free-beverage-tag-low2-o-ring).
2. Add 4 x Sour Apple Seltzer Flavour Shot sachets.
3. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
4. Top up to 19L with water.
5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
6. Mix Keg Contents Well.
7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to [KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0667/3019/7248/files/KegLand_Set_Forget_CO2_Carbonation_Chart.png) for regulator pressure and keg temperature). *\[Optimum 20psi at 2°C]*
