You simply won't find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Jameson inspired Irish Whiskey and Diet Cola, this beauty will take you on a sherry like journey back to Ireland.
Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka. This easy to use kit allows you to whip up a keg of your own Jameson style Whiskey and Diet Coke in no time. Combining rich and smooth Irish Style Whiskey with the crisp and classic bubbly taste of Diet cola. The result? An irresistible low sugar refreshment best served off tap. We recommend making to the specific ABV as that is what has been formulated. Changing said alcohol content may affect overall flavour and enjoyment of this beverage.

TIME REQUIRED: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method) NOT INCLUDED: A source of neutral alcohol (vodka) distilled by yourself* or bought from a liquor store.

2 x KL33015 - Impressence - Irish Whiskey Spirit Flavouring - 50mL 2 x KB25585 - Impressence - Cola Flavour Shot - Part A 50mL + Part B 50mL 4 x KL43892 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 - 50mL
2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
Not Included: 2.8L - Neutral Alcohol / Vodka (40% ABV)
Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2 x Irish Whiskey Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 2 x Cola Part A and 2 x Cola Part B sachets.
Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
