# Queensland Hard Zero Sugar Hard Ginger Beer - DIY / BYO Spirit Recipe

This easy to use kit allows you to quickly and easily whip up a keg of KegLand Blunderburg Hard Ginger Beer, a surefire spicy boy with Zero Sugar! Strong ginger spice backed by a balanced tangy sweetness.  Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka, Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!\

We recommend making to the specific ABV as that is what has been formulated. Changing said alcohol content may affect overall flavour and enjoyment of this beverage.

**DIFFICULTY**: EASY

**TIME REQUIRED**: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)\

1. Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 [19L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/19l-new-ball-lock-keg-free-beverage-tag-low2-o-ring).
2. Add 4 x Ginger Beer Flavour Shots.
3. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
4. Top up to 19L with water.
5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
6. Mix Keg Contents Well.
7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to [KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0667/3019/7248/files/KegLand_Set_Forget_CO2_Carbonation_Chart.png) for regulator pressure and keg temperature). *\[Optimum 20psi at 2°C]*
