Diet Cola Soft Drink Recipe
Having non-alcoholic diet cola soft drink on tap has never been so easy with Impressence Cola Flavour Shots.
If you are a big Diet Coke drinker then this easy to use kit allows you to quickly and easily whip up a keg of Diet Cola soft drink. This recipe is low-sugar and low-calorie but big on flavour! The perfect refreshing beverage for a hot summers day or for mixing with your favourite impressence whiskey or rum spirit essence.
DIFFICULTY: EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

19L Keg
You will need:
2 x KB25585 - Impressence Cola Flavour Shot - Part A & B 4 x KL43892 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 - 50mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
No sugar required!
Instructions:
Add 2 x Cola Part A and 2 x Cola Part B sachets to your to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
9.5L Keg
You will need: 2 x KB25585 - Impressence - Cola Flavour Shot - Part A & B 2 x KL43892 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 - 50mL 1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
