Aperitivo Spritz - Zero Sugar - Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Aperol Spritz inspired cocktail without any sugar!
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Italian Aperitivo Spritz Cocktail that combines the blood orange, gentian and rhubarb. Balancing around the bubbles of Prosecco (sparkling wine) and sodawater.
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

No added sugar!


Add 1 x 5L & 10 x 250mL VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 4 x Aperitivo Spritz Flavouring sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
