Black Paw Pine-Lime Hard Seltzer - Zero Sugar - Ready to Keg Kit Recipe
Go wild with Black Paw Hard Seltzers, they surely hit the spot on a hot day. These stealthy numbers are deliciously dangerous. You'll not want to try just one, you'll want to try them all!
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. This particular Hard Seltzer kit focuses the and nostralgia of the Australian Classic "Splice Pine-Lime Dessert" We've pumped in passionfruit and a different type of lime to our standard Black Paw. This is reminiscent of Cottees lime cordial with some zing to it.
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg
Add 4 x Pine-Lime Seltzer Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
