Jim Beam & Dry Ginger Ale lovers, you simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Jim Beam Style Bourbon and Dry - Zero Sugar, that will leave you wanting more with every sip!
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Jim Beam Style Bourbon and Dry without any sugar. It combines sweet vanilla notes with some bold earthy character blended with spicy crisp ginger ale. It's super refreshing and a crowd please.
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2 x Kentucky Bourbon Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 4 x Dry Ginger Ale sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
