Captain Wargun's Spiced Rum & Diet Cola Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of low sugar Rum and Diet Cola. Inspired by Captain Morgan's and Diet Cola, this beauty is a hit on tap.
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Captain Morgan's style Rum and Coke that boasts a flavour profile of brown sugar, select spices and rich vanillin blended with rich full-flavoured Diet Cola.
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2 x Spiced Rum Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 2 x Cola Part A and 1 x Cola Part B sachets.
Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
