Captain Wargun's Spiced Rum & Dry - Zero Sugar Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of low sugar Rum and Dry Ginger Ale. Inspired by Captain Morgan's and Dry, an absolute thirst crusher without any sugar!
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Captain Morgan's style Rum and Dry that boasts a flavour profile of brown sugar, select spices and rich vanillin blended with clean and spicy Dry Ginger Ale.
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2 x Spiced Rum Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 4 x Dry Ginger Ale sachets.
Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
