KegLand Blunderburg Hard Ginger Beer is a surefire spicy boy with Zero Sugar! Strong ginger spice backed by a balanced tangy sweetness.
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own classic Zero Sugar Alcoholic Ginger Beer at home with ease. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1 x KL41942 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 5L 4 x KL41850 - Impressence - Ginger Beer Flavour Shot - 50mL 2 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence FermStop Sachets - 50mL No Sugar Added! Please note: You can start with one Sweetener Blend. Taste test to see if that is your desired level of sweetness. If you want it sweeter, simply add the other sachet to the keg.


Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg
Add 4 x Ginger Beer Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

10 x KL39789 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 250mL 2 x KL41850 - Impressence - Ginger Beer Flavour Shot - 50mL 1 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml 1 x KL41928 - Impressence FermStop Sachet - 50mL No Sugar Added! Please note: You can start with half of the Sweetener Blend sachet. Taste test to see if that is your desired level of sweetness. Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Bases to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg
Add 2 x Ginger Beer Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 1 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachet.
Top up to 9.5L with water.
Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
