Quickly and easily whip up a keg of zero sugar lemon, lime & bitters soft drink that is citrus packed, and bitter to boot. This Australian Classic will quench your thirst like no tomorrow.
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own bickfords inspired alcoholic and zero sugar lemon lime & bitters. Paired with VINKA you'll be able to whip up one of these kegs without having to distill your own alcohol or measure anything. Simply Mix, Carbonate and Enjoy!

TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg
Add 4 x Lemon, Lime & Bitters Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
