Hard FUKUSODA Yuzu Seltzer - Zero Sugar -Ready to Keg Kit Recipe
You simply will not find a easier and faster way to make strong zero style Yuzu Seltzer in your own kegging system!
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Yuzu Hard FUKUSODA (please note, this comes in clear seltzer format. If you want yellow colouring email [email protected]).
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1 x KL41942 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 5L 4 x KL45568 - Impressence - Yuzu Seltzer Flavour Shot - 50ml 2 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence FermStop Sachets - 50mL


Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg
Add 4 x Yuzu Seltzer Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
