Irish Whiskey & Diet Cola Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
You simply won't find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Jameson inspired Irish Whiskey and Diet Cola, this beauty will take you on a sherry like journey back to Ireland.
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Jameson Style Whiskey and Diet Coke that combines rich and smooth Irish Style Whiskey with the full flavoured, crisp and classic bubbly taste of Diet cola.
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1 x KL41942 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 5L 2x KL33015 - Impressence - Irish Whiskey Spirit Flavouring - 50mL 2 x KB25585 - Impressence - Cola Flavour Shot - Part A 50mL + Part B 50mL 4 x KL43892 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 - 50mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2 x Irish Whiskey Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 2 x Cola Part A and 1 x Cola Part B sachets.
Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
