This easy to use kit allows you to quickly and easily whip up a keg of your Jamaican Ginger Beer VINKA RTK with the complexity of an authentic brewed beverage.

1. Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - [19L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/19l-new-ball-lock-keg-free-beverage-tag-low2-o-ring)
2. Add 4 x Jamaican Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shot sachets.
3. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
4. Top up to 19L with water.
5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
6. Mix Keg Contents Well.
7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to [KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0667/3019/7248/files/KegLand_Set_Forget_CO2_Carbonation_Chart.png) for regulator pressure and keg temperature). *\[Optimum 20psi at 2°C]*
