Aperitivo Spritz - DIY ~ BYO Spirit Recipe
You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Aperitivo Spritz
Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka. The final kit will make your own keg of Apertivo Spritz that boasts a flavour profile of refreshing, slightly bitter, and subtly sweet taste. We recommend making to the specific ABV as that is what has been formulated. Changing said alcohol content may affect overall flavour and enjoyment of this beverage.
DIFFICULTY: EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method) NOT INCLUDED: A source of neutral alcohol (vodka) distilled by yourself* or bought from a liquor store.

4 x KL48293 - Impressence - Aperitivo Spritz Flavouring - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
Not Included:
4L - Neutral Alcohol / Vodka (40% ABV)
1.5kg x White Sugar

Dissolve 1.5kg of white sugar in 4L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 4L of Neutral Alcohol.
Add 4 x Aperitivo Spritz Flavouring sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

720g x White Sugar

Dissolve 720g of white sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg
Add 2L of Neutral Alcohol.
Add 2 x Aperitivo Spritz Flavouring sachets.
Top up to 9.5L with water.
Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
