# Boozehound Hard Red Pub Soda - Creaming Soda - DIY \~ BYO Spirits Keg Kit

Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka. The final kit will make your own clone of **Broovevale Hard Red Pub Soda or a Kirks Creaming Soda** but also allows you to add more/less sugar to get to the sweetness that you prefer.

**TIME REQUIRED**: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1. Dissolve 1.4g of white sugar in 3L of hot water then add it to your KL02899 - [19L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/19l-new-ball-lock-keg-free-beverage-tag-low2-o-ring).
2. Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka).
3. Add 4 x Red Pub Soda Flavouring sachets.
4. Top up to 19L with water.
5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
6. Mix Keg Contents Well.
7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to [KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0667/3019/7248/files/KegLand_Set_Forget_CO2_Carbonation_Chart.png) for regulator pressure and keg temperature). *\[Optimum 20psi at 2°C]*
