Kentucky Honey Bourbon and Cola - DIY ~ BYO Spirit Recipe
You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Honey Bourbon and Cola!
Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka. The final kit will make your own keg of Jim Beam Style Bourbon and Diet Coke that combines sweet vanilla notes with some bold earthy character blended with low sugar Cola to give a refreshing body and smooth finish.
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)
NOT INCLUDED: A source of neutral alcohol (vodka) distilled by yourself* or bought from a liquor store.

Dissolve 1.425kg of white sugar in 4L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2 x Honey Bourbon Spirit Liqueur Flavouring sachets.
Add 2 x Cola Part A and 1 x Cola Part B sachets.
Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
