Aperitivo Spritz Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Aperol Spritz inspired cocktail.
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Italian Aperitivo Spritz Cocktail that combines the blood orange, gentian and rhubarb. Balancing around the bubbles of Prosecco (sparkling wine) and sodawater.
DIFFICULTY: EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L 10 x KL37051 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 250mL 4 x KL48293 - Impressence - Aperitivo Spritz Flavouring - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
Not Included: 400g x White Sugar


Dissolve 400g of white sugar in 3L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 1 x 5L & 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.
Add 4 x Aperitivo Spritz Flavouring sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
