# Doorgun's London Dry Gin & Tonic Ready To Keg Kit Recipe

This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base.  The final kit will make your own keg of Gordon's Style Gin and Tonic that combines the classic zesty, piney juniper notes of London Dry Gin with delicate floral flavours of mediterranean style tonic for the perfect Gin and Tonic.

**TIME REQUIRED**: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1. Dissolve 680g of white sugar in 3L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - [19L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/19l-new-ball-lock-keg-free-beverage-tag-low2-o-ring).
2. Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.
3. Add 4 x London Dry Gin Spirit Flavouring sachets.
4. Add 4 x Tonic Flavour Shot sachets.
5. Top up to 19L with water.
6. Add 2 x FermStop sachets *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
7. Mix Keg Contents Well.
