Hard Dig Bick's Lemon, Lime & Bitters Ready to Keg Kit Recipe
Quickly and easily whip up a keg of lemon, lime & bitters soft drink that is citrus packed, and bitter to boot. This Australian Classic will quench your thirst like no tomorrow.
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own Bickfords inspired alcoholic lemon lime & bitters that provides you with the flexibility to add more/less sugar to get to the sweetness that you prefer.
DIFFICULTY: EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L 2 x KL43113 - Impressence - Lemon, Lime & Bitters 250mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
Not Included: 650g x White Sugar


Dissolve 680g of white sugar in 3L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.
Add 2 x Lemon, Lime & Bitters Flavour Shot sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
