Hard Schleppes Lemonade Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
You simply will not find a easier and faster way to make hard lemonade in your own keg system yourself.
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own hard lemonade but also allows you to add more/less sugar to get to the sweetness that you prefer.
DIFFICULTY: EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

Hard Schleppes Lemonade (Schweppes Clone) - 19L Keg Recipe
6.20% ABV SKU: KB26545
1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L 4 x KL41843 - Impressence - Lemonade Flavour Shot - 50mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
Not Included: 920g x White Sugar


Dissolve 920g of white sugar in 3L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.
Add 4 x Lemonade Flavouring sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Dissolve 460g of white sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg
Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases.
Add 2 x Lemonade Flavouring sachets.
Top up to 9.5L with water.
Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
