Mariachi Margarita Spritz Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Margarita Cocktail inspired Spritz in keg kit format.
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Italian Margarita Spritz Cocktail that combines the fresh lime, rich agave tequila, that is less oak smokey but not quite Blanco Tequila.
DIFFICULTY: EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L 4 x KL51064 - Impressence - Margarita Spritz Flavouring - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
Not Included: 400g x White Sugar


Dissolve 400g of white sugar in 3L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.
Add 4 x Margarita Spritz Flavouring sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Dissolve 200g of white sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg
Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases.
Add 2 x Margarita Spritz Flavouring sachets.
Top up to 9.5L with water.
Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
