# Mullet Rye Whiskey & Dry Ready To Keg Kit Recipe

This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base.  The final kit will make your own keg of Bulleit Rye Bourbon Whiskey & Dry Ginger Ale that combines spicy rye notes with some bold roasty smooth character  blended with aromatic dry ginger ale to give a refreshing finish.\
\
Please note, this is like pouring Schweppes Dry GInger Ale in a glass with Bulleit/Canadian Club Rye Whiskey. If you are looking for a closer match to CC & Dry, please see Canuck Club.

**DIFFICULTY**: EASY

**TIME REQUIRED**: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1. Dissolve 680g of white sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your KL02899 - [19L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/19l-new-ball-lock-keg-free-beverage-tag-low2-o-ring).
2. Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.
3. Add 2 x Rye Whiskey Spirit Flavouring sachets.
4. Add 2 x Dry Ginger Ale sachets.
5. Top up to 19L with water.
6. Add 2 x FermStop sachets *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
7. Mix Keg Contents Well.
