This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own hazy hard Brewed Jamaican Ginger Beer that boasts a unique crisp yet bold and spicy ginger taste.

TIME REQUIRED: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L 4 x L43120 - Impressence - Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shot - 250mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
No Sugar Required!


Dissolve 680g of white sugar in 3L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.
Add 4 x Brewed Ginger Beer Flavour Shots sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
