Black Angel's Tennessee Bourbon & Cola Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
JD & Coke lovers, you simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Jack Daniel's Style Bourbon and Cola.
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Jack Daniel's Style Bourbon and Coke that combines roasty caramel/maple flavours with the smooth and classic bubbly taste of cola.
DIFFICULTY: EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

Kit Includes: 1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L 2 x KL33053 - Impressence - Tennessee Bourbon Spirit Flavouring - 50mL 2 x KB25585 - Impressence - Cola Flavour Shot - Part A 50mL + Part B 50mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
Not Included: 680g x White Sugar
Instructions:
Dissolve 680g of white sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.
Add 2 x Tennessee Bourbon Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 2 x Cola Part A and 2 x Cola Part B sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Kit Includes: 10 x KL37051 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 250mL 1 x KL33053 - Impressence - Tennessee Bourbon Spirit Flavouring - 50mL 1 x KB25585 - Impressence - Cola Flavour Shot - Part A 50mL + Part B 50mL 1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
Not Included: 340g x White Sugar

Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases.
Add 1 x Tennessee Bourbon Spirit Flavouring sachet.
Add 1 x Cola Part A and 1 x Cola Part B sachets.
Top up to 9.5L with water.
Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
