# Black Angel's Tennessee Bourbon & Diet Cola - DIY / BYO Spirit Recipe

Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka. This easy to use kit allows you to whip up a keg of your own Jack Daniels Style Bourbon and Coke in no time. The final result combines roasty caramel/maple flavours with the smooth and classic bubbly taste of diet cola.

**TIME REQUIRED**: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

**You will need:**\
2.8L - Neutral spirit or Vodka (40%)\

**Instructions:**

1. Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 - [19L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/19l-new-ball-lock-keg-free-beverage-tag-low2-o-ring).
2. Add 2 x Tennessee Bourbon Spirit Flavouring sachets.
3. Add 2 x Cola Part A and 2 x Cola Part B sachets.
4. Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
5. Top up to 19L with water.
6. Add 2 x FermStop sachets *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
7. Mix Keg Contents Well.

**You will need:**\
1.4L - Neutral spirit or Vodka (40%)\

1 x KB25585 - Impressence - Cola Flavour Shot - Part A 50mL + Part B 50mL\
2 x KL43892 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 - 50mL\
1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL\

6. Add 1 x FermStop sachets *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
