# Nordi Dry Apple Cider - Zero Sugar - DIY / BYO Spirit Recipe

Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka, this easy to use kit allows you to quickly and easily whip up a keg of your own keg of crisp, sparkling Dry Apple Cider without the hassle of crushing them yourself!

**DIFFICULTY**: EASY

**TIME REQUIRED**: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

**19L Keg**

**Kit Includes:**\
2.8L - Neutral spirit or Vodka (40%)\

**Instructions:**

1. Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka)  to your to your KL02899 - [19L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/19l-new-ball-lock-keg-free-beverage-tag-low2-o-ring).
2. Add 4 x Apple Cider Flavour Shots.
3. Add 2 x Sweetener Blend 1 Sachets
4. Top up to 19L with water.
5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets *(this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water).*
6. Mix Keg Contents Well.
7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to [KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0667/3019/7248/files/KegLand_Set_Forget_CO2_Carbonation_Chart.png) for regulator pressure and keg temperature). *\[Optimum 20psi at 2°C]*

**You will need:**\

**Instructions:**

2. Add 2 x Apple Cider Shots sachets.
3. Add 1 x Sweetener Blend 1 Sachets
4. Top up to 9.5L with water.
5. Add 1 x FermStop sachet *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
6. Mix Keg Contents Well.
