# Diet Tonic Soft Drink Recipe

If you are a fan of Fever Tree Light Tonic then this easy to use kit allows you to quickly whip up a keg of low sugar, meditteranean style diet tonic. Perfect for pairing with your favourite Impressence Gin Spirit flavouring for a classic gin and diet tonic. It gives that classic Mediterranean flavour that perfectly complements your favourite spirit such as gin, or vodka. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!

**TIME REQUIRED**: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

**19L Keg**

**You will need:**

4 x KL43885 - [Impressence Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50mL](https://kegland.com.au/products/impressence-sweetener-blend-1-50ml)\

**Instructions:**

1. Add 4 x Tonic Flavour Shot sachets to your KL02899 - [19L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/19l-new-ball-lock-keg-free-beverage-tag-low2-o-ring).
2. Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
3. Top up to 19L with water.
4. Add 2 x FermStop sachets *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to [KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0667/3019/7248/files/KegLand_Set_Forget_CO2_Carbonation_Chart.png) for regulator pressure and keg temperature). *\[Optimum 20psi at 2°C]*

**9.5L Keg**

**You will need:**\
2 x KL41911 - Impressence - Tonic Flavour Shot - 50mL\
2 x KL43885 - Impressence Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50mL\
1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

***No sugar required!***

**Instructions:**

1. Add 2 x Tonic Flavour Shot sachets to your KL02882 - [9.5L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/9-5l-ball-lock-keg-premium-brand-new).
2. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
3. Top up to 9.5L with water.
4. Add 1 x FermStop sachet *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
