Bombay Crossfire Gin & Diet Tonic Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of refreshing Bombay style Gin and Tonic at home. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Bombay Style Gin and Tonic that combines aromatic citrus and juniper notes of Bombay Gin with delicate floral flavours of mediterranean style tonic for the perfect Gin and Tonic.
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg
Add 4 x Bombay Dry Gin Impressence Spirit Flavour sachets.
Add 4 x Tonic Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
