Canuck Club Rye Whiskey & Diet Cola Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
Formulated in the essence of Canadian Club and Cola. We have refined this spirit with roasty smooth and spicy rye flavours without being sickly sweet.
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Canadian Club & Cola that combines spicy rye notes with some bold roasty smooth character blended with Diet Cola to give a refreshing finish with less guilt than full fat cola.
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1 x KL41942 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 5L 2x KL41560 - Impressence - Rye Whiskey Spirit Flavouring 50mL 2 x KB25585 - Impressence - Cola Flavour Shot - Part A 50mL + Part B 50mL 4 x KL43892 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 - 50mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL


Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2 x Kentucky Bourbon Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 2 x Cola Part A and 1 x Cola Part B sachets.
Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 2 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
