KegLand Schleppes Hard Dry Ginger Ale - Zero Sugar - Keg Kit gives you that classic spicy ginger hit without any of sugar! A simple base to build upon, or enjoy as is.
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. Perfect for those who want the classic taste of Citrus Oil Dry Ginger Ale with zero sugar. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1 x KL41942 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 5L 4 x KL41898 - Impressence - Dry Ginger Ale Flavour Shot - 50ml 2 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence FermStop Sachets - 50mL No Sugar Added!
Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg
Add 4 x Dry Ginger Ale Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Add 2 x Dry Ginger Ale Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 1 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachet.
Top up to 9.5L with water.
Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
