Paloma Spritz Zero Sugar Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Paloma Cocktail inspired Spritz in keg kit format that is also zero sugar!
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Paloma Spritz Cocktail that combines juicey red grapefruit, rich agave tequila and a dash of lime zing.
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2 x Part A and 2 x Part B Paloma Spritz Flavouring sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Add 1 x Part A and 1 x Part B Paloma Spritz Flavouring sachets.
Top up to 9.5L with water.
Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
