Hard FUKUSODA Pineapple Seltzer - Zero Sugar - DIY / BYO - Spirit Recipe
You simply will not find a easier and faster way to make a hyoketsu style pineapple seltzer in your own keg system.
Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka. The final kit will make your own keg of juicy, sweet and slightly tangy pineapple hyoketsu fruit spritzer. We recommend making to the specific ABV as that is what has been formulated. Changing said alcohol content may affect overall flavour and enjoyment of this beverage. These particular recipes can be made in Hard or Strong using the same ingredients. Dilute depending on what you prefer. If your alcohol isn't as clean / neutral, do not opt for the Strong.
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method) NOT INCLUDED: A source of neutral alcohol (vodka) distilled by yourself* or bought from a liquor store.

Not Included: 2.8L - Neutral Alcohol / Vodka (40% ABV)

Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 4 x Pineapple Seltzer Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
