Hard Lemon Lime Pub Squash Diet - DIY / BYO Spirit Recipe

Our DIY / BYO Spirit recipe is super easy and convient way to have a Hard Rated clone at home.

This kit makes it easy to achieve that perfect balance of sweetness and tartness from a low sugar Australian classic, Diet Lemon Lime Pub Squash. Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka.

DIFFICULTY: EASY

TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)


RECOMMENDED RECIPE:

19L Keg

You will need: 2.8L - Neutral spirit or Vodka (40%) 4 x KL44271 - Impressence - Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot - 50mL 4 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL Sugar Not Required

Instructions:

  1. Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.

  2. Add 4 x Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot sachets.

  3. Add 4 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.

  4. Top up to 19L with water.

  5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

  6. Mix Keg Contents Well.

  7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]


9.5L Keg

You will need: 1.4L - Neutral spirit or Vodka (40%) 2 x KL44271 - Impressence - Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot - 50mL 2 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50mL 1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

Instructions:

  1. Add 1.4L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02882 9.5L Ball Lock Keg.

  2. Add 2 x Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot sachets.

  3. Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.

  4. Top up to 9.5L with water.

  5. Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

  6. Mix Keg Contents Well.

  7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
