Our DIY / BYO Spirit recipe is super easy and convient way to have a Hard Rated clone at home.
This kit makes it easy to achieve that perfect balance of sweetness and tartness from a low sugar Australian classic, Diet Lemon Lime Pub Squash. Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka. We recommend making to the specific ABV as that is what has been formulated. Changing said alcohol content may affect overall flavour and enjoyment of this beverage.

TIME REQUIRED: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method) NOT INCLUDED: A source of neutral alcohol (vodka) distilled by yourself* or bought from a liquor store.

Not Included: 2.8L - Neutral Alcohol / Vodka (40% ABV)

Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka).
Add 4 x Lemon Lime Pub Squash Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
