You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of refreshing Bombay style Gin and Diet Tonic at home. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy!
Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka. This easy to use kit allows you to whip up a keg of your own Bombay style Gin and Diet Tonic in no time. This Gin and Tonic is light on sugar, but not light on flavour. It combines aromatic citrus and juniper notes of Bombay Gin with delicate floral flavours of mediterranean style tonic for the perfect Gin and Tonic. We recommend making to the specific ABV as that is what has been formulated. Changing said alcohol content may affect overall flavour and enjoyment of this beverage.
DIFFICULTY: EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method) NOT INCLUDED: A source of neutral alcohol (vodka) distilled by yourself* or bought from a liquor store.

4 x KL33022 - Impressence - Malt Whiskey Spirit Flavouring - 50mL 4 x KL41898 - Impressence - Dry Ginger Ale Flavour Shot - 50ml 2 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL Sachets
Not Included: 2.8L - Neutral Alcohol / Vodka (40% ABV)

Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka) to your KL02899 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 4 x Malt Whisky Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 4 x Dry Ginger Ale Flavour Shot sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
