Johnnie Hawker Malt Whiskey & Dry - Zero Sugar - Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Johnnie Walker Style Whiskey and Dry Ginger Ale in a zero sugar formulation.
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Johnnie Walker Style Whiskey and Zero Sugar Dry Ginger Ale that combines a single malt driven body and aroma paired with the crisp spicy notes of dry ginger ale.
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1 x KL41942 - VINKA - Extra Dry Cocktail Base - 5L 4x KL33022 - Impressence - Malt Whisky Spirit Flavouring - 50mL 4 x KL41898 - Impressence - Dry Ginger Ale Flavour Shot - 50ml 2 x KL43885 - Impressence - Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL


Add 1 x 5L VINKA Extra Dry Cocktail Base to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 4 x Malt Whiskey Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 4 x Dry Ginger Ale sachets.
Add 2 x Sugar Free Sweetener Blend 1 sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
