You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Johnnie Walker Style Whiskey and Dry Ginger Ale.
Whether you have a passion for distillation or you pop to the bottleo for some vodka. The final kit will make your own keg of Johnnie Walker Style Whiskey and Dry that combines a single malt driven body and aroma paired with the spicy effervescence of Dry Ginger Ale. We recommend making to the specific ABV as that is what has been formulated. Changing said alcohol content may affect overall flavour and enjoyment of this beverage.

TIME REQUIRED: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method) NOT INCLUDED: A source of neutral alcohol (vodka) distilled by yourself* or bought from a liquor store.

4 x KL33022 - Impressence - Malt Whiskey Spirit Flavouring - 50mL 4 x KL41898 - Impressence - Dry Ginger Ale Flavour Shot - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL Sachets
Not Included: 2.8L - Neutral Alcohol / Vodka (40% ABV) 1.425kg - White Sugar

Dissolve 1.425kg of white sugar in 4L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 2.8L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka).
Add 4 x Malt Whiskey Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 4 x Dry Ginger Ale sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Dissolve 713g of white sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg
Add 1.4L of your own neutral alcohol (40% Vodka).
Add 2 x Malt Whiskey Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 2 x Dry Ginger Ale sachets.
Top up to 9.5L with water.
Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
