# Canuck Club Rye Whiskey & Dry Ready To Keg Kit Recipe

This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base.  The final kit will make your own keg of Canadian Club & Dry Ginger Ale that combines spicy rye notes with some bold roasty smooth character  blended with aromatic dry ginger ale to give a refreshing finish.\

Please note: This is the second generation Canuck Club that is superior to previous iterations sold on the KegLand website.

**TIME REQUIRED**: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1. Dissolve 600g of white sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - [19L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/19l-new-ball-lock-keg-free-beverage-tag-low2-o-ring).
2. Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.
3. Add 4 x Rye Whiskey & Canadian Dry Ginger Ale Sachets
4. Top up to 19L with water.
5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
6. Mix Keg Contents Well.
7. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to [KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0667/3019/7248/files/KegLand_Set_Forget_CO2_Carbonation_Chart.png) for regulator pressure and keg temperature). *\[Optimum 20psi at 2°C]*
