Captain Wargun's Spiced Rum & Cola Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
You simply will not find an easier and faster way to mix up a keg of Rum and Cola. Inspired by Captain Morgan's and Cola, this beauty is a hit on tap.
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own keg of Captain Morgan's style Rum and Coke that boasts a flavour profile of brown sugar, select spices and rich vanillin blended with rich Cola.
DIFFICULTY: EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 10 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

Dissolve 680g of white sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.
Add 2 x Spiced Rum Spirit Flavouring sachets.
Add 2 x Cola Part A and 2 x Cola Part B sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]
