Nordi Apple Cider Ready To Keg Kit Recipe
You simply will not find a easier and faster way to make kegged Apple Cider without needing to crush apples yourself!
This easy to use keg kit doesn't require any fermentation as it uses the VINKA alcoholic base. The final kit will make your own absolutely astonishing Apple Cider with clean red and green apple flavours and a crisp finish. This kit produces a tasty cider but if you want it even sweeter, simply add some sugar.
DIFFICULTY: VERY EASY
TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

1 x KL41966 - VINKA - Medium Cocktail Base - 5L 4 x KL41867 - Impressence - Apple Cider Flavour Shot - 50mL 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL
Not Included: 680g x White Sugar


Dissolve 680g of white sugar in 3L of hot water then add it to your to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.
Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base.
Add 4 x Apple Cider Flavour Shot sachets.
Top up to 19L with water.
Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
Mix Keg Contents Well.
Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Not Included: 340g x White Sugar


Dissolve 340g of white sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg
Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases.
Add 2 x Apple Cider Flavour Shot sachets.
Top up to 9.5L with water.
Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).
