# Dig Bick's Lemon, Lime & Bitters Soft Drink Recipe

**DIFFICULTY**: EASY

**TIME REQUIRED**: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

**RECOMMENDED RECIPE:**

**19L Keg**

**You will need:**

2 x KL43113 - [Impressence - Lemon Lime & Bitters Flavour Shot - 250mL](https://kegland.com.au/products/impressence-lemon-lime-bitters-flavour-shot-250ml)\
2 x KL41928 - [Impressence - FermStop 50mL](https://kegland.com.au/products/impressence-fermstop)\

**Not Included:**\
1.4kg x White Sugar

**Instructions:**

1. Dissolve 1.4 kg White Sugar in 3L of hot water then add it to your KL02899 - [19L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/19l-new-ball-lock-keg-free-beverage-tag-low2-o-ring).
2. Add 2 x Lemon, Lime & Bitters Flavour Shot sachets.
3. Top up to 19L with water.
4. Add 2 x FermStop sachets *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to [KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0667/3019/7248/files/KegLand_Set_Forget_CO2_Carbonation_Chart.png) for regulator pressure and keg temperature). *\[Optimum 20psi at 2°C]*

**9.5L Keg**

**You will need:**\
1 x KL43113 - Impressence - Lemon, Lime & Bitters Flavour Shot - 250mL\
1 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL

**Not Included:**\
700g x White Sugar

**Instructions:**

1. Dissolve 700g White Sugar in 2L of hot water then add it to your KL02882 - [9.5L Ball Lock Keg](https://kegland.com.au/products/9-5l-ball-lock-keg-premium-brand-new).
2. Add 1 x Lemon, Lime & Bitters Shot sachets.
3. Top up to 9.5L with water.
4. Add 1 x FermStop sachet *(this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).*
5. Mix Keg Contents Well.
