Dry Ginger Ale Schweppes Clone Soft Drink Recipe

Having a non-alc soft drink on tap has never been so easy with Impressence Dry Ginger Ale Flavour Shots.

This easy to use kit allows you to quickly and easily whip up a keg of your own clone of Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale but also allows you to add more/less sugar to get to the sugar level that you prefer.

DIFFICULTY: EASY

TIME REQUIRED: 5 minutes to mix ingredients + 5 min to carbonate (using Quick Carb method) OR 1 week (using Set & Forget method)

4 x KL41898 - Impressence - Dry Ginger Ale Flavour Shot - 50ml 2 x KL41928 - Impressence - FermStop 50mL Not Included: 1.4kg - White Sugar

Recipe

1. Dissolve 1.4kg White Sugar in 4L of hot water then add it to your KL02899 - 19L Ball Lock Keg.

2. Add 4 x Dry Ginger Ale Flavour Shots sachets.

3. Top up to 9.5L with water.

4. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

5. Mix Keg Contents Well.

6. Carbonate to 3.5 volumes CO2 (Refer to KegLand Set and Forget CO2 Carbonation Chart for regulator pressure and keg temperature). [Optimum 20psi at 2°C]

Recipe

1. Dissolve 700g of white sugar in 3L of hot water then add it to your KL02882 - 9.5L Ball Lock Keg

2. Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases.

3. Add 2 x Dry Ginger Ale Flavour Shots sachets.

4. Top up to 9.5L with water.

5. Add 1 x FermStop sachet (this step is critical, do not add the FermStops without having topped up the water).

6. Mix Keg Contents Well.
